Rental Requirements

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for reservation
• $40 standard cleaning fee
• Must be 25 years old to a rent camper
• No pets
• No smoking
• 3-day minimum rental
• A $200 security deposit is required. This will be refunded if there are no damages or excess cleaning upon return
• $25 Dump fee (If the camper is not Dumped before return or is delivered to a non-full hookup sight)

• $40 Setup/Tear down fee if requested
• $75 cleaning fee for excessively dirty returned campers
