Rental Agreement Please read the rental terms below. You must agree and sign to complete your booking.
Reservations: A reservation/damage deposit may be required to secure requested dates. Any reservation fee, deposit, balance due, cleaning fee, delivery fee, late fee, or damage charge is subject to White's RV Rental policies and the rental terms provided at booking.
Pickup and Return: Rentals must have an arranged pickup/return time. The renter is responsible for returning the RV on the agreed date/time and in the same condition as received.
Cleaning and Tanks: The RV must be returned clean. Gray and black tanks must be emptied unless other arrangements were approved.
No Pets / No Smoking: Unless explicitly approved by White's RV Rental, pets and smoking are not allowed and may result in deposit forfeiture or additional fees.
Liability: Renter accepts responsibility for damages caused by renter or renter's guests and agrees not to hold White's RV Rental liable for accidents, personal property loss, weather events, or conditions outside White's RV Rental's control.
