Cancellation Policy

Policy information for White's RV Rental customers. These pages summarize our website, booking, rental, and customer service policies.

Reservation Fee

The $50 reservation fee may be non-refundable and may be applied toward the final balance when the rental proceeds.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Refunds, transfers, rescheduling, or retained fees depend on the signed rental agreement, payment status, timing, availability, and circumstances.

Early Returns

There is no refund for early returns unless otherwise stated in the signed rental agreement.

Owner Cancellation or Substitution

White's RV Rental may cancel, reschedule, substitute, or modify a rental if an RV becomes unavailable, unsafe, damaged, unpaid, or otherwise unsuitable for rental. White's RV Rental will communicate available options when this occurs.

Processing Time

Approved refunds or adjustments may require processing time through the payment provider or bank.
