Rental Terms & Conditions

Policy information for White's RV Rental customers. These pages summarize our website, booking, rental, and customer service policies.

Reservations and Deposit

A $50 non-refundable reservation fee may be required to secure requested dates. This amount is applied toward the final balance. The deposit is due when the rental agreement is delivered or sent. A credit card, drainage/cleaning deposit, security deposit, or other required deposit may also be required at pickup. The damage and cleaning deposit will not be charged or retained provided the RV is returned clean and undamaged.

Rental Payment

Rental payment is due as required by the confirmed rental agreement and payment instructions. Card payments may include payment processor fees where applicable.

Pickup

Rentals must have an arranged pickup time. A late pickup charge may apply. The renter must participate in a hands-on demonstration of RV setup, RV operations, and safety procedures. Customers should allow up to one hour for orientation.

Delivery and Setup

White's RV Rental may offer delivery and setup to a designated campground or destination. Delivery availability and pricing must be confirmed before the rental.

Drivers and Towing

All drivers must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be present at pickup. Tow vehicles must be properly equipped and compatible, including proper hitch, ball size, wiring, and safety requirements as determined by White's RV Rental.

Liability and Hold Harmless

The renter accepts responsibility for damage caused by the renter or guests, including damage to the RV, appliances, equipment, or furnished items. If damages exceed any deposit being held, the renter agrees to reimburse the owner for repair or replacement costs.

White's RV Rental does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or personal property, inconvenience from temporary defects, stoppage of utilities, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Return Requirements

The camper must be returned on the date and time specified in the agreement and in the same condition it was received. Late return charges may apply. Gray and black tanks must be fully emptied. If tanks are not dumped, a dump fee may apply.

Cleaning

Units are provided clean. A cleaning fee may be assessed if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition. Customers should wipe counters, cooktop, table, refrigerator, toilet, and sinks; sweep the floor; wash kitchenware; and remove garbage.

Early Return, Pets, and Smoking

There is no refund for early returns unless otherwise stated in the signed rental agreement. Pets and smoking are not allowed in any unit unless White's RV Rental provides written approval. Evidence of pets or smoking may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Breakdowns or Retrieval

If White's RV Rental has to retrieve an RV due to breakdowns or other circumstances caused by the renter, retrieval or mileage fees may apply.

Signed Agreement Controls

The signed rental agreement controls the final terms for a specific rental. These website terms are a customer-facing summary and do not replace the signed rental agreement.
