Rental Agreement

Reservations Reservation/Damage Deposit: A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure dates requested. This amount is applied toward the final balance. The deposit is due when the rental agreement is delivered or sent. Also required at time of pick up is a credit card, drainage/cleaning deposit. The damage and cleaning deposit will not be charged provided it is clean and undamaged. The rental payment is due the day the camper is picked up. Call ahead to make sure a rental unit is available the dates you need it. Camper Pick Up Pick Up Time: Rentals must have an arranged pick up time. A $50 charge will be applied each hour you are late for pick up time. Renter Must Participate in Hands-On Demonstration Of Set Up of RV, Operations of RV, and Safer. Procedures. Please Allow Up to 1 Hour for Orientation. Delivery & Set Up Features: We offer set up and delivery of a unit to your designated campground. Please call for price. Rental Charges: Rental charges are due in full at the time of departure. We take cash or check ONLY. If using a credit card, there will be a 5% credit card fee. Drivers: All drivers must have a valid U.S. Driver's license and be present at the time of pickup. Liability: Lessee agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the camper by lessee or lessee's guests, including but not limited to, damage to the camper in any way or damage to any appliances and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Lessee agrees to reimburse the owner for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items, Hold Harmless: Lessor does not assume liability for loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do they accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas or electricity. Nor will the camper owner accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God. or other reasons beyond its control. Towing Equipment: Towing vehicle must be equipped with a frame mounted hitch (class 2) and a 2 5/16" hitch ball. All vehicles must be pre-wired and/or inspected to match our trailer wiring before pick-up. Camper Return Camper Return Time: You must return the camper on the date and time specified on the agreement and in the same condition that you received it. A $50 charge will be taken out of security deposit for each hour the camper is late from camper return time. The Gray and Black Tanks Must be Fully Emptied. If your campsite does not provide a dump station; The truck stops allow you to dump there for a very small fee, usually about $10.00. If the camper is not dumped, there will be a $20 charge. Clean up fee: All units are fully cleaned. There will be a Cleaning Fee assessed of $75 or more if RV is not returned in same clean condition as when it left. Cleaning Instructions: Wipe down all counters, cooktop, table, refrigerator, toilet & sinks. Sweep floor. Wash all kitchenware, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Garbage must be emptied. Early Return: There is no refund for early returns. Pets and smoking are NOT allowed in any unit. Evidence thereof will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit. I will agree to not hold Scott White or Whites RV Rental liable for any accidents that may occur during the transport or use of the rented RV. Please remember that a camper offers little protection from a thunderstorm or other serious weather conditions. If Whites RV Rental has to retrieve the RV due to breakdowns the fee of $1.50 per mile will be charged to the renter. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this agreement. I understand that all other materials I am given during the rental are part of this contract. I understand that I am responsible for returning the camper in the same condition as it was received at the date and time I pick it up. In the event I violate any of these terms & condition, I understand that my security deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that the Information stated on this reservation is correct.
